Welcome to MaxBot. By using our platform, including the WhatsApp API, chatbot, and WooCommerce plugin, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the authority to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of a business.

2. Services

MaxBot provides automated messaging services via WhatsApp, including integration tools, bots, and a WooCommerce plugin for abandoned cart recovery.

3. Account & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and activities on your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for illegal purposes, spam, abuse, or any activity that violates WhatsApp’s policies or applicable law.

5. Messaging Restrictions

Marketing messages must be sent only with customer consent. You are responsible for complying with opt-in and privacy regulations.

6. Payment

Some services are subscription-based. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. API Access

API keys and access must not be shared. MaxBot reserves the right to limit or revoke access if misuse is detected.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of terms or abusive behavior without prior notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

MaxBot is not liable for damages resulting from service interruptions, third-party APIs, or data loss.

10. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of changes.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tel Aviv.
